Delivery Policy

This policy describes the details of delivery for your online purchase.

Where we deliver

Delivery only for most addressees within Singapore, no international delivery. We request full address details. We do not deliver to P.O. Box and remote locations.

How and when we deliver

All deliveries are made from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Our operations team will be in contact with you within 2 working days.

For items in-stock, deliveries will be made within 5 working days, all orders are non-refundable.

In the event that the items requested are not in-stock, our team will advise you on the expected lead time and you will be able to advise our team if we are to proceed or process for a cancellation and 100% refund.

Please note that delivery during peak periods (CNY, Xmas or other public day) might take more than 1 day.

Delivery charge:

Delivery is free for all orders above $400 before GST. A flat rate of $20 before GST applies for orders below $400.This is automatically tabulated on the shopping cart.


Good Damaged in Transit:

You will need your tax invoice as proof of proof of purchase for every return.

Any discrepancies found in the delivered goods should be reported within 2 days; Otherwise, it will be considered that all goods sold are in good order & have been accepted;

All return in subjected to our RMA policy, no debit or unauthorized return is accepted;

Late payment charge of 1.5% per month will be imposed on all overdue invoice;

It is hereby acknowledged that these Products are in compliance to the relevant export control and trade compliance laws and regulations, in particular, the U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations. Serial System shall not be responsible or liable should there be any diversion or non-compliance of these export control and trade compliance laws and regulations by the Customer;
