Ultrafuse PAHT CF15
Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 is a high-performance 3D printing filament that opens new application fields in 3D printing. In parallel to its advanced mechanical properties, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance, it has very good processability. It works in any 3D printer with a hardened nozzle( ruby nozzle). In addition to that, Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 is compatible with BVOH, a water-soluble support material, which allow printing complex geometries that work in challenging environments. Thanks to the reinforcement with 15% carbon fiber stiffer products can be printed, which opens new doors for the printing of demanding applications.
Advantages of Ultrafuse PAHT CF15
- Higher chemical resistance than most PA grades
- High temperature resistance up to 150°C
- Strong and stiff parts
- High dimensional stability
- Easy to process
- Low moisture absorption
Ultrafuse PAHT CF15 has strong abrasive properties, therefore, a hardened nozzle with a diameter of 0.6 mm should be used when 3D printing.
This material has been tested to be ESD Safe. It is safe to use with applications that are sensitive to electrostatic discharge. Example: Jigs/Fixtures for electronics assembly.
