Ultrafuse rPET is a sustainable, recycled PET filament from BASF’s Forward AM line, produced from post‑industrial PET waste. It features a translucent natural blue hue and meets European food‑safety standards, making it ideal for eco‑conscious engineering applications.

- IIzod Impact Strength (unnotched): up to 48 kJ/m² (XY)

- HHeat Deflection Temp (HDT @ 0.45 MPa): ~71 °C

Printing Guidelines

**Nozzle Temperature: 225–245 °C
**Print Bed Temperature: 65–85 °C (use adhesive spray or glue for better adhesion)
**Print Speed: 30–60 mm/s (up to 150 mm/s possible with higher nozzle temps)
**Recommended Nozzle Size: ≥ 0.4 mm
**Cooling: Minimal or no fan for best bonding.
