Ultrafuse PC/ABS FR is a flame-retardant, engineering-grade filament combining the toughness of ABS with the heat resistance and strength of polycarbonate. This high-performance blend is certified UL 94 V-0 (at 1.5 mm and 3.0 mm) and EN 45545-2 compliant, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications in electronics, transportation, and manufacturing.

The filament prints with excellent dimensional stability and mechanical strength while offering a smooth surface finish and reduced warping compared to pure PC. It is designed for use in FFF printers with a 2.85 mm filament path and a heated, enclosed build chamber.

With its halogen-free flame retardancy, UV resistance, and ease of use compared to traditional PC, Ultrafuse PC/ABS FR delivers safe, reliable, and durable results for functional prototypes and end-use parts in regulated industries.
